The administrator of personal data is TNTP TRUCK & TRAILER PARTS SP. Z O.O. with its registered office in Stara Iwiczna, at ul. Nowa 23, 05-500 Stara Iwiczna, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs at the District Court in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000697291, NIP 123-137-08-78 (hereinafter "TNTP Polska").

We have obtained your personal data directly from you or from our contractor, whom you represent or represent. We process the following categories of your personal data: name, surname, function/position, e-mail address, business telephone number or other indicated by our contractor (e.g. PESEL number in the power of attorney document).

In addition, personal data of representatives may come from publicly available sources (e.g. relevant registers).

Your personal data will be processed by us for the purpose and for the purposes of concluding or performing the contract concluded by TNTP Polska with its contractor, including in particular for the purpose of:
a) enabling the conclusion or performance of a contract with the contractor you represent (including making declarations of will resulting from this contract),
b) verify the counterparty (including its representatives) from the so-called the White List of VAT Taxpayers kept by the Minister of Finance,
c) enabling the performance of the contract with the contractor you represent, including in particular contacting you on matters related to the implementation of the above. contract (in which you act as a contact person), as well
d) consideration of complaints and defense against possible claims or pursuing any claims related to the contract concluded by TNTP Polska with its contractor (whom you are a representative of).

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6.1.f GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of TNTP Polska, indicated in point 4.

Providing data is voluntary, however, in the absence of providing data, it will not be possible to conclude or perform the contract concluded by TNTP Polska with its contractor.

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract concluded by TNTP Polska with its contractor, as well as for the period of limitation of claims arising from the above. contract.

Your personal data may be transferred to entities to which we will commission services related to the processing of personal data (e.g. our subcontractors) - such entities process personal data on the basis of an agreement concluded with the administrator and only in accordance with the administrator's instructions. In addition, your personal data may be transferred to law firms or advisory offices, entities authorized under the law (e.g. auditors), including tax administration authorities.
